    Wood Strength, Density, Hardness

    Stole this from the mini 14 guys at Perfect Union, it's a chart for hardwood and softwood ratings, I was surprised. We were discussing the mini stocks of birch being a cheap softwood but they are a hardwood stronger than walnut.

    I don't know where the information came from but I was scratching my head a little on some of the so called hard woods.
