That's crazy! I always heard the Gators in the sewers myths, but never believed an alligator could weather a NY winter.

The fence climber was in NC, not NY.

Big cats killing little cats in Florida!

Living in Florida certainly has its perks, but like other states, certain things just come with the territory.A security camera in front of a home in Naples, Florida caught a haunting video of a big predator cat – most likely a panther – chasing down a smaller house cat in the owner’s driveway. The panther then casually trots off with the cat still squirming in its jaws.
This video illustrates the dangers that Florida residents with outdoor pets must look out for:

21 Then I saw “a new heaven and a new earth,”[a] for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea.

"Nothing can now be believed which is seen in a newspaper. Truth itself becomes suspicious by being put into that polluted vehicle. The real extent of this state of misinformation is known only to those who are in situations to confront facts within their knowledge with the lies of the day." —Thomas Jefferson (1807)

Ha! I see that now, scanned right past the NC earlier, that makes a bit more sense
